Mr. Weeks has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering and has over 34 years of experience. Mr. Weeks is a licensed Professional Engineer that is Board Certified in Environmental Engineering by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. Mr. Weeks has used his broad technical skills to solve difficult Client problems involving water quality, air quality, and the protection of the land and aquifers. His unique technical skills include process design, process safety and risk management, air dispersion modeling, and technical/regulatory support for all media programs.
Mr. Goodman has a B.S. degree in Geology, 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and more than 31 years of experience in the environmental industry. Mr. Goodman has used his broad technical skills to bring solutions to Clients that are challenged with program development, implemention, and compliance. His unique technical skills include development and implementation of process safety and risk management programs, SPCC and SWP3 programs; and multi-media compliance audits.
Brennan Goodman is a Project Manager for RME Safety and Environmental, LLC based out of Midland, TX. His 9 years of environmental and regulatory consulting experience is highlighted by his technical competencies that include program development and management, site assessment, compliance auditing, risk assessment, and air modeling. Brennan is a forward thinker constantly working to stay informed of regulatory changes targeting industry sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, and energy. Routinely acting as a liaison between businesses and their regulating agencies, his primary goal is to interpret environmental regulations in a relatable manner to develop personalized solutions that allow customers to make sensible decisions to operate their business in an environmentally compliant state. Mr. Goodman obtained his MSc. in Agricultural Sciences from Washington State University and is also an alumnus of Hardin-Simmons University.
Mr. Kahle has a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and a minor in Mathematics, and is a designated Engineer in Training (EIT). Since joining RME, Mr. Kahle has provided technical support to: RMP and PSM Program Development; SPCC Plans; air dispersion modeling; and Process Design for Chemical and Fertilizer Clients.
Isaiah Longoria joined the RME Safety and Environmental, LLC Team summer of 2021 as a Regulatory Consultant to provide environmental service support. Mr. Longoria is stationed in Houston, TX where he spent 5 years as a water quality inspector for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. His experience working in the public sector helping businesses and municipalities grasp and comply with environmental regulations has fine-tuned his abilities to connect with customers, facilitating implementation for programs such as water quality permitting and release prevention planning. Mr. Longoria obtained his BSc. in Environmental Science from Hardin-Simmons University.
