RME Safety and Environmental, LLC (RME) has professionals on staff to assist clients with workplace monitoring needs and developing, implementing, improving and maintaining a comprehensive Health, Safety and Industrial Hygiene Program. A well planned and implemented safety program results in fewer incidents, lower workers compensation costs, increased worker productivity, and an increased level of compliance with applicable regulations. We are able to provide regular on-site Safety and Health assistance to companies that do not have a dedicated safety professional or to companies on an as-needed basis for special projects.

RME is currently providing Safety and Health Management Services for a chemical manufacturing and fertilizer distribution Facility with multiple locations. Services provided includes: program and policy development; monthly regulatory inspections; new hire and refresher training; data management; JHA analyses and mitigation; OSHA reporting; Tier II reporting; and monthly compliance reporting to General Management. In response to the COVD-19 pandemic, RME has assisted in the development and implementation of safe work practices related to infectious disease. To date, there have been no confirmed cases of infections or lost days of work at this essential business.
