SPCC Plans are required for any oil storage facilities that have an aggregate aboveground storage capacity greater than 1,320 gallons in containers greater than 55-gallons, or a completely buried storage capacity greater than 42,000 gallons. In some cases, the term oil may include a product containing oil as an ingredient.
